"1 License for Commercial Use"

Commercial Use – Single Artwork License

The "1 License for Commercial Use" grants the buyer the right to reproduce the selected artwork by Milla Chang without any limit on the number of prints, provided that all reproductions are used exclusively in commercial, public, or corporate spaces owned or rented by the buyer.

Each "1 License for Commercial Use" applies solely to the specific artwork selected by the buyer. If the buyer wishes to reproduce a different artwork by the artist, a new Commercial Use License must be purchased.

What the License Includes

The purchase of 1 Commercial Use License provides:

• A high‑resolution digital file of the artwork in TIFF and PDF formats.

• A License Certificate containing:

• the artwork title;

• the artist's name;

• the maximum number of authorized prints;

• permitted printing media (canvas, adhesive film);

• a clause allowing online use, provided it clearly states "Copyright Milla Chang";

• a prohibition on resale, sublicensing, or any unauthorized commercial use;

• the signature and seal of the artist or the responsible curator.

Rights and Limitations

To protect the integrity of the artwork and ensure transparent use:

• The license does not transfer copyright.

• The license does not permit resale of the digital file or distribution to third parties.

• The license does not allow the artwork to be used in products intended for sale (e.g., merchandising), unless a separate commercial agreement is established.

• Reproducing any additional artwork by the artist requires the purchase of a new license.

Online Purchase Procedure

To purchase the usage license, select the License and add it to your "Shopping Cart". Then open your "Shopping Cart", select "Checkout", fill in the requested information and proceed with online payment. In the "Additional Information" field, please provide the reference and title of the artwork to which the Usage License refers.

Once payment is confirmed, we will send the high-resolution files and the corresponding License Certificate to your email address.
