“1 License for Personal Use"

Personal Use – Single Artwork License

The "1 License for Personal Use" grants the buyer the right to reproduce the selected artwork by Milla Chang without any limit on the number of prints, provided that reproductions are used exclusively in private areas such as apartments, villas, studios and other private areas owned or rented by the License holder.

Each "1 License for Personal Use" applies solely to the specific artwork selected by the License holder. If the licence holder wishes to reproduce a different artwork by the artist, a new Personal License must be purchased.

What the License Includes

The purchase of 1 License for Personal Use provides:

• A high‑resolution digital file of the artwork in TIFF and PDF formats or link for downloading;

• A License Certificate containing:

  • artwork title;

  • name of license holder;

  • maximum number of authorized prints (if applicable);

  • permitted printing media (canvas, adhesive film, glass);

  • a clause allowing online use, provided it clearly states "Copyright Milla Chang";

  • a prohibition on resale, sublicensing, or any unauthorized commercial use;

  • signature and seal of the artist or of the responsible curator.

Rights and Limitations

To protect the integrity of the artwork and ensure transparent use:

• The license does not transfer copyright;

• License is issued in the name of an individual or corporation and is non‑transferable. License may not be assigned, sold, loaned, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to any third party, whether in whole or in part, under any circumstance;

• The license does not permit resale of the digital file or distribution to third parties;

• The license does not allow the use of the work as part of products intended for sale (e.g., product label, brand logo) and merchandising, unless a separate commercial agreement is established;

• Reproducing any additional artwork by the artist requires the purchase of a new license.

Online Purchase Procedure

To purchase the usage license, select the License and add it to your "Shopping Cart". Then open your "Shopping Cart", select "Checkout", fill in the requested information and proceed with online payment. In the "Additional Information" field, please provide the title and the reference of painting (e.g. ref.z041.24) to which the Usage License refers.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive the License Certificate and the high‑resolution files (or link to download) at your email address within 48 hours.
