The Single-User License grants the buyer the right to reproduce the selected art work by Milla Chang, with no limit on the number of prints, provided that it is for use in their private living spaces (e.g., apartments, studios, villas and others) with no limit on the number of prints.
Each Single-User License refers exclusively to the selected art work. Should the buyer wishes to reproduce another art work by the artist must purchase a new Single-User License.
The acquisition of 1 License for Personal Use includes:
- High-resolution digital file of the artwork in TIFF and PDF format;
- License Certificate containing: the title of the artwork, the artist's name; the maximum number of prints authorized; the permitted printing media (canvas, adhesive film); a clause allowing online use provided it expressly mentions "Copyright Milla Chang"; a prohibition on resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized commercial use; the signature and seal of the artist or curator.
Rights and Limitations
To protect the integrity of the artwork and ensure transparency:
- the license does not transfer copyright;
- the license does not allow neither resale of the digital file nor transmission to third parties;
- the license does not allow the use of the artwork in products intended for sale (e.g., merchandising), unless a specific commercial agreement is reached;
- prints of additional artworks require a new license.
